One on one mindfulness (or small group) guided meditation zoom sessions of 30, 45, or 60 minutes.

  • Thirty minute sessions begin with a five to ten minute intention setting conversation, a fifteen to twenty minute guided meditation, and a five to ten minute closing reflection about your experience of the session and the meditation practice. I can also answer questions about your meditation practice during this time.
  • Forty-five minute sessions begin and end the same way a thirty-minute session does and includes a twenty-five or thirty minute guided meditation.
  • Hour long sessions differ because they include a brief mid-session break. Most people use the breaktime to mindfully move, stretch, or change position. I usually offer a different meditation experience in the second sit. For example, if the first sit is a focused breath concentration practice, the second might be a body scan or a one-word practice. If you are an experienced meditator and would prefer a longer meditation, I can provide that as well.

Zoom-based or in-person in-service and leadership coaching for individuals or teams

  • Working with school leaders, district leadership teams, and other educational organizations mindful leadership development can happen in several ways. Coaching can be customized for your school or district’s needs. I partner with:
    • individual leaders seeking to lead with more mindfully;
    • building level leadership teams; and 
    • district level leadership teams.

    • Thirty minutes — $40.00
    • Forty-five minutes — $60.00
    • One hour — $75.00
  • Scholarships are available for early career K12 teachers and high-school, under-graduate, and graduate students, please reach out for details.
  • Book three or more sessions and save 10%.
